"Self-identity is inextricably bound up with the identity of the surroundings." - Lars Fr. H. Svendsen
My name is Enrique Sabater. I was originally born in the northern state Rochester, Minnesota and lived there the first nine years of my life. After nine years being raised by Puerto Rican parents, my family decided to move to what is now my true home San Juan, Puerto Rico. I am considered as a Latino by blood and culture, but English was my first language. I am fluent in both Spanish and English and hope to learn a new language. I graduated from a college-prep high school Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola and I am now a first-year student with an interest in chemistry at Emory University.
